missionNOTSHY IS COMMITTED TO BETTER UNDERSTANDING, MANAGING AND REDUCING ITS ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT AT EVERY STAGE — FROM THE CHOICE OF MATERIALS TO THE END OF LIFE OF ITS PRODUCTS.

OUR CSR COMMITMENTS

CARBON ASSESSMENT

To better understand the MCC Group's impact on the climate,
the group initiated its first Carbon Assessment in 2023, in partnership with
Carbo, a diagnostic tool that measures the company's carbon footprint.

This initiative led to an initial identification of reduction
levers and the implementation of concrete first steps: optimising logistics
flows to reduce the impact of air freight, and delivering our Parisian and
Île-de-France stores using electric vehicles.

To refine our actions and deepen our knowledge, the group has
decided to renew the exercise in 2026, this time using a platform specialised
in the textile sector, in order to define a more ambitious decarbonisation
roadmap based on the Paris Climate Agreement targets.

WE WORK WITH A LIFECYCLE APPROACH AND TRY TO ACT AT EVERY STAGE: FROM THE CHOICE OF MATERIALS AND PRODUCTION PARTNERS, TO THE TRANSPORT OF GOODS, DISTRIBUTION IN OUR POINTS OF SALE, THROUGH TO THE USE OF OUR PRODUCTS AND THEIR END OF LIFE. EVERY STAGE HAS AN IMPACT ON WOMEN, MEN AND THE ENVIRONMENT — WHICH WE STRIVE TO BETTER UNDERSTAND, BETTER MANAGE AND, ABOVE ALL, REDUCE.

ANCESTRAL AND LOCAL KNOW-HOW

Our production is located as close as possible to the raw material, in the Inner Mongolia region of China — the historic heartland of cashmere. This is where Hircus goats live, renowned for producing the finest and most luxurious fibres in the world.

China's cashmere industry goes beyond rearing: it is also where an ancestral textile expertise has developed, passed down from generation to generation. Dyeing, spinning, knitting and finishing are carried out by expert craftspeople, recognised for their high standards and technical mastery.

CORE PRINCIPLES

At NOTSHY, we make sure to work with trusted partners. We do
not yet hold a specific animal welfare certification, but we are actively
working towards this. Our fibres undergo quality testing by our suppliers or
internally when required. A production team oversees every stage of development
on a daily basis, alongside the design studio and our suppliers, and has
implemented Standards to ensure optimal quality. From our very first
collections, we have favoured natural materials: cashmere, wool, cotton and
linen.

Tracability

At NOTSHY, we are strengthening transparency around the origin
of our pieces. We know the main stages of our production chain and are working
to deepen this knowledge as our traceability tools develop.

Through our partnership with Trace for Good, a French
traceability specialist, we are able to indicate the countries where the
manufacturing, dyeing and knitting stages of our finished products take place.
This traceability helps us better identify the players in our supply chain and
the working conditions of their employees.

Via a QR code on the label or directly from the product page
on our e-shop, you can access the countries where the main transformation
stages take place. This data also feeds into the calculation of our carbon
footprint, helping us target our reduction efforts more precisely.

Packaging

Since 2022, we have been informing consumers about the end of life of products through the implementation of Triman pictograms and sorting labels on all our products and packaging.

All our new bags are FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council®) certified, guaranteeing the use of wood fibres from responsibly managed
sources. We are working towards a clear goal: to soon offer all our packaging in FSC® format and incorporate recycled materials.

We are progressively reducing packaging in the production
chain and reusing those still in circulation — such as cardboard boxes for internal use across our retail and web networks, or for supplier re-shipments.

Collaborators

DIVERSITY & INCLUSION

At MCC, we firmly believe that the diversity of our teams is a
genuine strength. Every day, we strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone can feel respected, heard and encouraged to give their best. Valuing differences and ensuring equal opportunities are core principles that shape our company culture.

PREPARING THE FUTURE TOGETHER

At MCC, we are committed to opening our doors to young talent.
Each year, we welcome interns and apprentices, with the goal of offering them a first concrete experience of the professional world and supporting them in
their career paths. We believe that passing on our expertise to younger generations helps prepare the future and enriches our company with fresh perspectives.

BECOMING ACTIVE & ENGAGED

The MCC Group has built a dedicated CSR team, which regularly works with and raises awareness among our employees so that everyone can contribute within their own area.

In 2026, we plan to set up an internal CSR committee to
structure this commitment and awareness initiative.

compliance

Since 2020, NOTSHY has complied with the AGEC law, aimed at better informing consumers, reducing waste, extending the lifespan of products and introducing greater circularity in production models, in order to ease pressure on resources.

Since 2022, NOTSHY has been a member of the following
eco-organisations:

•
Re-fashion for the TLC sector (Textile, Household Linen
and Footwear).

•
Citeo for the packaging and graphic paper sector.

Annual eco-contributions are paid by MCC Group in proportion to
items sold. These contributions fund the circular projects of Re-fashion and Citeo: recycling, resale, repair, as well as research & development, training of sector players and consumer awareness.
