pink OctoberIn October, the world sees life through rose-tinted glasses. True to its commitment, NOTSHY renews its support for the ARC Foundation for cancer research and participates in the fight against breast cancer.
For the occasion, NOTSHY has created an exclusive three-piece capsule collection made from 100% cashmere and available in two colors—a sweater, a hat, and a scarf. This capsule collection celebrates women, pink, and love.
From October 1st to 31st, 10% of the profits from this capsule will be donated to the ARC Foundation — for cancer research, in store and at notshycashmere.com.
Through this collaboration, we are contributing to the financing of innovative hospital equipment, essential for improving screening and providing ever more appropriate treatments.
Breast cancer research
Breast cancer is the most common and deadly cancer among women, with 59,000 new cases and 12,000 deaths per year in France. However, advances in treatment and early diagnosis are contributing to a gradual decline in the mortality rate. Breast cancer detected early can be cured in 9 out of 10 cases.
It is in this desire to change the mortality curve that the ARC Foundation has funded more than 200 breast cancer research projects, for a total amount of €23 million over the past 5 years. Through these projects, the ARC Foundation supports all areas of breast cancer research in order to:
→ Strengthen prevention
→ Develop screening
→ Improve knowledge of the biology of breast cancers
→ Develop new therapeutic strategies
→ Implement precision medicine
