1. CHEST CIRCUMFERENCE

Place the tape measure around your chest at the widest point.

2. WAIST CIRCUMFERENCE

Place the tape measure at the narrowest part of your waist.

3. ARM LENGTH

Place the tape measure at the tip of your shoulder and extend it to your wrist.

4. BOTTOM CIRCUMFERENCE

Wrap the tape measure around the upper part of your hips.

5. HIP CIRCUMFERENCE

Wrap the tape measure around the widest part of your hips.

6. INSEAM
Stand up straight with your legs slightly apart. Measure the inseam length from the crotch to the bottom of the garment..
