When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your package tracking number.

- Home delivery and collection point: Enter the tracking number of your package sent by email when it was shipped and follow its progress here .

You also have the option to track your order in your My Account / My Orders area.
Your order will be prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours for Standard delivery orders, excluding weekends, public holidays and special operation periods.

For express delivery orders, preparation and shipping are carried out within 24 hours, excluding weekends, public holidays and the end-of-year holiday period.
If your package tracking number is invalid, we invite you to contact our Customer Service at serviceclient@notshy.fr or by telephone at +33 (0)1 76 27 84 97, Monday to Saturday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
If you were absent when your package was delivered, a delivery notice from the carrier will be left in your mailbox specifying the day and time of delivery as well as the address where you can collect your package. You will need to go there with the delivery notice and your ID. After the 15-day period, your package will be returned to us.
If you still have not received your package after the delivery time, we invite you to contact our Customer Service so that your request can be processed.
Customer Service will ask you for a handwritten affidavit stating that you did not receive the package, as well as a photocopy of your ID in the event of a lost package or a delivery dispute with the carrier. An investigation may then be opened, and our Customer Service will get back to you following this investigation to process a refund if necessary.

2. RETOURS & REMBOURSEMENTS

If you wish to return your items to us, here are the return conditions to follow:

-The return must be made within the imposed return period
-The item must be clean, unwashed, and undamaged
-The item must be returned in its original packaging
-The label must be intact and attached to the product

You have 30 days from the day you receive the package (the delivery date being the date of delivery) to return items to us.

To make a return, follow these steps:

1. Go to our return portal here or in your customer account, under "return request".

2. Enter the order number in question and the email address used during the purchase in the fields provided for this purpose.

3. Once you have found your order, select the items you wish to return, indicate the reason , then click on “Validate”.

Each return request is exclusively associated with a specific order.
If you wish to return multiple orders, we invite you to make a return request per order and ship them separately, each in its own package.

4. Choose the desired return method: voucher or refund.

- Return for store credit
If you choose to return your items for store credit, you will receive 100% of the returned item value as a voucher.

A prepaid return label will be provided, and return shipping is free of charge.

- Return for refund
If you prefer a refund to your original payment method , the conditions vary depending on your country:

*Returns from Metropolitan France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal

  • A prepaid return label will be automatically generated once your return request is submitted.
    Please print it and attach it to your parcel.
  • A return participation fee will be deducted from your refund:
    • €2 for Metropolitan France and Belgium
    • €8 for Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg and Portugal

Remember to keep your proof of deposit : it is essential for any request in the event of loss of traceability.

*Returns from other countries:

  • Return costs are your responsibility.
  • Once your return request has been registered, the return address will be communicated to you.
  • Please include in your package:
    • Returned items
    • The invoice for the order concerned

We advise you to make your returns via the national transport company and to keep your proof of deposit , which will be required in the event of a tracking problem.


For returns made from mainland France and Belgium , a contribution of €2 will be taken from returned orders.
For returns made from Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg and Portugal, a contribution of €8 will be charged.
This amount will be automatically deducted from your refund.

For returns made from other countries, the return of a product is at your expense. We recommend that you make your returns via the national transport company and keep your proof of deposit. This certifies that your package has been taken care of by the carrier, and will be essential for any request to our Customer Service in the event that your return is lost.

In the event of a logistical error or receipt of defective products, please contact our Customer Service at serviceclient@notshy.fr upon receipt of your order so that we can offer you a solution.

Delivery costs are not refunded except in the event of a logistical error on our part or receipt of defective products.

If this is the case, please contact Customer Service at serviceclient@notshy.fr or by telephone at +33 (0)1 76 27 84 97, Monday to Saturday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., upon receipt of your order so that we can find a solution.
We issue refunds to the bank account associated with the bank card used for the purchase.
If the card's expiration date has passed, your new card will be automatically assigned to your bank account, and you will then be able to collect your refund.
Similarly, if you made the payment via Paypal, the amount will be credited back to the associated bank account.
We only accept returns of products purchased on our e-commerce site. If you wish to return an item from another store, we invite you to contact the store where you made the purchase.

Likewise, you will not be able to return an item purchased on our site to a store.

Subscribe to our newsletter if you would like to be the first to know about any changes to our return procedures.

You will be refunded to the original payment method within 2 to 10 business days of receiving your return. You will be notified of the refund by email.

Please note that each return made from Metropolitan France is subject to a fee of €2, deducted from the refunded amount.

If you notice a defective item upon receipt of your order, please follow the following procedure:

1. Make your return request by going to our return portal .

2. Select the product concerned and indicate the reason for the return, specifying that it is a defective item.

3. You will be asked to provide supporting documents : please attach clear photos and a precise description of the defect observed.

4. Once your request has been validated, it will be forwarded to our customer service for verification .

5. If accepted, a prepaid return label will be sent to you by email.

6. No return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or credit .

If you do not receive your label within 48 hours , we invite you to contact our customer service to finalize your return as quickly as possible.

We do not offer an alteration service at this time.

The promotional code is associated with a special offer. It is for one-time use only and cannot be combined with any other promotional code or referral code.

Using the Promo Code :

The promotional code must be entered in the designated field when filling your cart. We strongly recommend that you finalize your order immediately after entering your code to avoid any malfunctions that could cause you to lose your voucher.
We are unable to refund the commercial benefit associated with a code after an order has been placed. Consequently, we do not accept any claims regarding misuse or failure to use a code.

4. Paiement

Yes, the NOTSHY gift card is only valid online on our website, for 12 months from the date of purchase.
It can be used once or several times , within the limit of the available amount.

It is neither exchangeable nor refundable.

To ensure optimal transaction security, our site only accepts online payments.
You cannot therefore order by check or by telephone.
With Alma, we offer the possibility of paying for your purchases in several installments without additional costs for all orders from a value of €150, destined for Metropolitan France.
By confirming your payment, you agree to Alma's Terms of Service and confirm that you have read Alma's Privacy Policy. If necessary, you can write to Alma at: PAIEMENT@GETALMA.EU

I would like to pay in installments, how do I do this?

On the payment page, select “2X or 3X with Alma.” You will then be redirected to a payment page where you will need to enter your bank details as for a standard payment. There, you will find a summary of your upcoming payments. You will then receive a summary email with the schedule of your payments, followed by a reminder email 3 days before each payment.

I would like a refund but I paid in installments with Alma, what should I do?

As with other orders, if you wish to return all or part of your purchases, we will refund your items through Alma, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale relating to returns.
If you return your entire order to us, it will be fully refunded.
If you return part of your order, your payment schedule will be updated. You will be notified by email by Alma.

You also have the option to pay in 4 interest-free installments with Paypal for orders between 30 euros and 2,000 euros.

Yes, you can pay for your order using a NOTSHY credit or gift card.
Simply enter the corresponding code in the field provided during checkout.

If the amount of your credit or gift card is less than the total of your order, you can complete the payment using another method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
If it is higher, the balance will remain available for a future purchase.

Are you having difficulty making your payment?
 
We invite you to check if:

- You have correctly entered your bank details
- If your browser has not saved old bank details by default
- Try using multiple browsers and devices other than the one you usually use
- Also check that your bank does not object to your purchase

We do not offer tax refunds on our site.
Taxes are adjusted and integrated according to the country where the customer resides and the tax refund is specific to NOTSHY stores.
As soon as your order is confirmed by email, the bank debit is immediate.
For your information, all data from your order and payment is sent encrypted via SSL protocol from your computer to our banking partner's electronic payment terminal. This means that no banking information about you is transmitted via our site.

Payment by credit card is therefore completely secure. Your order will be registered as soon as payment is accepted by our banking partner.

5. Produits

As soon as you can add a product to your basket, this means that we have the item in stock. All products visible on our e-shop are available for sale.

When an item is unavailable, this information is indicated on the product sheet.
It is nevertheless possible to be alerted by email of the next availability of the item by clicking on "Notify me of its availability".
All you need to do is enter your email address and click "ok".

Subscribe to our newsletter if you would like to be the first to know about new products and never miss out on our offers.
All product photographs are taken by experienced professionals, in order to present you with a product visual that is as close to reality as possible.
However, if there are any differences between our product photos and reality, we would be grateful if you could let us know so that we can further improve their presentation.

If you are not satisfied with an item due to its appearance in the photo, please note that for certain products, you can return it to us and receive a refund.
Parts are produced in limited quantities. Occasionally, we may have a restock of our products.
However, when an item is notified as out of stock, we will have no way of knowing its future availability.

However, you can be notified by email when the item becomes available again by clicking on "Notify me when it becomes available." Simply enter your email address and click "OK."

Our cashmere comes from Inner Mongolia, where the Capra Hisca goats that produce cashmere are raised.
Cashmere is produced with total respect for the goats, which are raised outdoors in their natural habitat, and is harvested in accordance with their growth rate, i.e. once or twice a year.
 
There, the climate is ideal and the altitude is high, which allows us to offer you superior quality and unique know-how.
To wash your cashmere products in the washing machine, please follow these 4 steps:

1. Select a cold program (or 20° max)
2. Set the spin intensity to minimum (or without spin)
3. Place your cashmere in a washing net
4. Use a special wool detergent
 
Do not bleach or tumble dry your cashmere.
To dry your cashmere, we recommend drying it naturally flat on a clean towel, taking care to respect the shape of the garment.
If you want to iron your cashmere, we recommend placing a damp cloth between the inside of your cashmere and your iron on the wool setting. Ideally, you should use a steamer.
At NOTSHY, we strive to guarantee the same prices across our website and in all our NOTSHY stores. However, the sales schedule may vary between NOTSHY stores in France and Switzerland.
Can't find your size or color in store? Our sales associates will order it for you and deliver it to your home.

To date, in-store ordering is available in NOTSHY stores: Auteuil, Courcelles, Sèvres, St-Dominique, Neuilly, Boulogne, Passy.
You can check the availability of an item in store by going to its online product page and clicking on the "Availability in store" button. If the item is available in the store of your choice, you can contact them, who will be happy to reserve it for you for 48 hours.

If you are already a customer on our site, have filled your basket and wish to place an order, you must identify yourself by entering your email address and password.

If you have forgotten your password, you can obtain it by email, on the login page, by clicking on the link "Forgotten your password?".
Afterward, a password reset link will be sent to your email inbox. The email may take a few minutes to be sent. If you haven't received it, check your spam or junk folder.

If you are not yet a customer on our site, you must first create an account. You will then be asked to provide certain information, including your email address.
